BEIJING (Sputnik) — Trade between China and Russia increased by 28.4% in the first eight months of this year compared to the same period in 2025, reaching $185.047 billion, the Chinese General Administration of Customs said on Tuesday. China exported $84.675 billion worth of goods to Russia in the first eight months of this year, a 30.7% increase compared to the same period in 2025. At the same time, shipments from Russia to China increased by 26.5%, reaching $100.372 billion, the agency said in a statement.
