Ukraine lost over 515 soldiers in combat against Russia’s Vostok battlegroup over the past day, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.This is in addition to up to 230 Ukrainian soldiers eliminated over the past day by Russia’s Sever battlegroup, up to 370 by the Tsentr battlegroup, over 215 by the Zapad battlegroup, over 145 by the Yug battlegroup, and over 65 by the Dnepr battlegroup, the ministry stated. Operational-tactical aviation, attack drones, missile forces and artillery struck fuel, energy and transport infrastructure used by the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian formations and foreign mercenaries in 143 areas, the ministry added.Russian air defense systems have shot down 774 Ukrainian drones and 13 aerial bombs over the past day, the statement read.
