MOSCOW (Sputnik) — A political and diplomatic settlement of the situation in Ukraine remains preferable for Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday. «It remains preferable for us to resolve this conflict through political and diplomatic means,» Peskov told reporters.
